Practice Rounds
8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Members need to make their own tee times

Player Registration
11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Player Registration will be located just outside of the golf shop. For those arriving Thursday, please make sure you have registered before your tee time.
 

Lunch
11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Enjoy lunch in the Saloon before, or after your practice round. During your round, complimentary lunch will also be available at Callahan’s grill on the 11th tee.
 

Reception Dinner – Player Introductions – Tournament Announcements
6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
All teams will be introduced at this time.  The Tournament Committee will make several important announcements about the competition.  The attire for the Reception Dinner is casual.

Thursday May 26th, 2012

Breakfast – Registration
7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. 
Due to limited space at the driving range, players are advised to arrive early to avoid congestion.  For those arriving Thursday, please make sure you have registered before your tee time. 

Lunch
11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

 Tournament Play – Round One

8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Tee Times
All players should be at the first tee ten minutes before their tee time. 

19th Hole
4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
After golf, join your fellow competitors, spouses and guests for drinks and Hors d’oeuvres around the scoreboards on the deck.

Opens at 3:00 p.m.

Awards Dinner
7:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Dance to the tunes of the Bill Hopkins Band and enjoy a festive evening.  The attire for the Awards Dinner is Business Casual.
